- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut cream

Begin by heating coconut milk in a large cooking vessel until it reaches a rolling boil. Next, add sliced or mashed bananas to the pot and continue to cook for approximately 15 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of tenderness.

At this point, add granulated sugar and a pinch of salt to the pot, stirring constantly until these ingredients are fully incorporated and dissolved.
