  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 (15 ounce) can coconut milk
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste

Combine the tender squash, water, and olive oil in a saucepan; heat it up to its boiling point.

Reduce the heat and let it simmer gently, stirring occasionally, until the squash is soft and palatable, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
