- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter, or as needed

Utilize a mixing device to thoroughly combine eggs in a container with an electric mixer until they achieve a thick, pale yellow hue, approximately 3 to 5 minutes.

Introduce milk into the mixture and blend until well incorporated.

In a separate container, combine flour, sugar, and salt through the process of sifting; then add this mixture to the egg mixture, stirring until a smooth batter is achieved.

Apply butter to a griddle in order to grease it; heat over medium temperature.

Drop small spoonfuls of the batter onto the griddle to create thin pancakes; spread them out slightly.

Cook until they develop a light brown color on the bottom, around 1 to 2 minutes.
