  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen baby lima beans
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn kernels
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

Heat the butter in a large Dutch oven over an elevated heat setting, which is slightly above medium. Add the beef and rapidly sear on all sides to achieve a browned appearance. Introduce the mixture of diced tomatoes with green chilies and stewed tomatoes into the pot, followed by the addition of okra, lima beans, and corn. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil before gradually decreasing the heat to a lower setting.

Allow the ingredients to simmer for approximately one hour. Introduce the potatoes into the pot and continue to cook for an additional 30 minutes, or until the meat has reached a tender state.
