Classic Philly Cheesecake
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 eggs
Instructions
1
Collect and prepare all necessary ingredients beforehand.
2
Preheat your oven to a temperature of 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees Celsius).
3
Combine the crumbs, butter, and three tablespoons of sugar in a bowl until they are well incorporated; firmly press the mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch nonstick springform pan.
4
In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to blend the cream cheese, one cup of sugar, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.
5
Gradually add eggs to the bowl one at a time, mixing on low speed until just combined; pour the egg mixture over the crust.
6
Place the cake in a preheated oven and bake until the center is almost set, approximately 45 to 55 minutes.
7
Once done, loosen the cake from its pan rim; allow it to cool before removing the rim.
8
Refrigerate the cake for four hours prior to serving.
