Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3/4 pound chicken meat, cooked and cubed
- 1/2 cup whole peeled tomatoes
- 1/2 cup green beans
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

Melt a small amount of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add sliced onion, chopped bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until they become tender.

Next, add diced chicken breast to the skillet and stir in crushed tomatoes, black beans, and dried oregano.

Gradually decrease the heat to a lower setting and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, for 8-10 minutes or until the flavors have melded together.
