  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons grated orange zest

Preheat your oven to a high temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Next, take some cooking spray and lightly coat the inside of an 8x8 inch baking dish.

In a spacious mixing container, combine muffin mix, egg, milk, and orange zest. Blend the ingredients together until they are well incorporated. Then, pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish.
