Ingredients
- 3 gallons water
- 2 large onions, quartered
- 10 cloves garlic, peeled and cut in half
- 2 lemons, quartered
- 2 oranges, quartered
- 5 stalks celery, quartered
- 4 tablespoons black pepper
- 4 tablespoons seasoned salt
- 6 fresh jalapeno peppers
- 2 fresh live lobsters

Fill a large pot with water and add sliced onions, minced garlic, lemon and orange slices, chopped celery, ground black pepper, seasoned salt, and diced jalapeño peppers. Bring the mixture to a vigorous boil and let it simmer for 20 minutes.

Add whole lobsters to the pot, covering them with a lid. Continue to cook until the lobster shells turn bright red and the meat becomes opaque, typically taking around 15 minutes - this may vary depending on the size of your lobsters.

Carefully lift the lobsters out of the pot and transfer them to a colander, allowing them to cool under running water in order to halt the cooking process.
