  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 cups cashews
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit, or 165 degrees Celsius. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

In a small saucepan, combine honey, butter, and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil. Continue stirring until the butter has fully incorporated into the honey mixture, approximately 2 minutes.

Place a large serving bowl on your countertop. Add the cashews to the bowl and pour the honey mixture over them, ensuring they are thoroughly coated. Spread the cashew mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
