- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup peach pie filling
- 12 (6 inch) flour tortillas

Heat a generous amount of oil in a deep frying pan over an intermediate temperature. Combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon within a brown paper pouch.

Place approximately 1 tablespoon of fruit preserve in the center of each tortilla, then wrap it around like a folded bundle, securing both ends tightly.

Carefully introduce the rolled tortillas into the hot oil in batches. Cook until they reach a medium brown color and become crispy on both sides, flipping them once, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the fried burritos from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Then, sprinkle them evenly within the brown paper pouch until they are coated with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Proceed with the remaining burritos.
