Ingredients
  • 10 frozen strawberries
  • 2 kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 medium mango - peeled and diced
  • 1 1/2 bananas, peeled and diced
  • 3 (12 inch) flour tortillas
  • canola cooking spray
  • 1 cup cinnamon sugar

Heat your oven to a high temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).

Throw all the kiwi, mango, and banana together in a bowl. Use a blender to puree the strawberries until they become a smooth liquid, then pour this over the fruit mixture. Make sure everything is well-coated and put it in the refrigerator to chill.

Give both sides of each tortilla a light coating of cooking spray. Cut them into triangle-shaped pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet. Sprinkle a generous amount of cinnamon sugar evenly over the tortilla chips. Place them in the oven and bake until they turn golden-brown, taking about 10 minutes. Let them cool down before serving with the chilled fruit mixture.
