- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen uncooked small shrimp - thawed, peeled. and deveined
- 1 small bunch cilantro, chopped, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 4 (6 inch) corn tortillas, or more to taste

Preheat your stove to a medium heat setting.

Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a skillet and let it warm up for a bit.

Add 3-4 cloves of minced garlic to the skillet and cook until it reaches a golden brown color, approximately 2 minutes.

Add 1/3 cup of peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet along with a pinch of seasoned salt, some chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together thoroughly and cook until the shrimp is opaque and the mixture is heated through, taking around 5-7 minutes.

In a separate skillet, heat another 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.

Add one corn tortilla at a time to the skillet and cook until it's warmed up and slightly crispy, taking about 90 seconds per tortilla.

Spoon the cooked shrimp mixture onto the warmed tortillas and serve with any remaining cilantro on top.
