Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 lime, juiced and zested
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons butter

Mince the cauliflower florets or process them in a food processor until they have a grainy consistency similar to rice.
