Combine uncooked white rice with a generous amount of light coconut milk in a large cooking vessel; heat over high flames for 10 minutes, while periodically stirring to prevent rice from adhering to the bottom of the pot.

Next, incorporate cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt into the rice; lower the heat to a low simmer, cover the pot with a lid, and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and has absorbed most of its liquid, approximately 10 minutes longer than the initial cooking time.

Finally, pour a rich and creamy coconut milk into the rice mixture; stir to merge the two ingredients together seamlessly. Present the dish hot and enjoy.
