Ingredients
- 24 frozen ice cream sandwiches, divided
- 1 (16 ounce) jar crunchy peanut butter, divided
- 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 16 peanut butter cups, chopped, divided
- 1 (12 ounce) jar hot fudge ice cream topping, divided
- 1 (12 ounce) jar caramel ice cream topping, divided
Instructions
1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place a layer of ice cream sandwiches at the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
2
Next, take the jar of peanut butter and carefully place it inside your microwave oven. Set the microwave to low power and heat the peanut butter for approximately 30 seconds at a time, checking on it until it reaches a warm and spreadable consistency. Once achieved, use this warmed peanut butter to cover half of the ice cream sandwich layer.
3
In a separate bowl, combine the instant chocolate pudding mix with whipped topping. Mix well until combined and then spread half of this mixture over the peanut butter layer.
4
Now, take the remaining peanut butter cups and sprinkle them evenly over the whipped topping layer.
5
After that, carefully remove the lids from the hot fudge and caramel sauce jars. Place them back in your microwave oven, setting it to low power once again. Heat the toppings for about 10 seconds at a time, checking on them until they reach a warm and liquid state. Once warmed, use this fudge and caramel sauce to drizzle over the peanut butter cups.
6
Repeat the layering process, starting with the remaining ice cream sandwiches, followed by the remaining peanut butter, whipped topping mix, peanut butter cups, hot fudge sauce, and caramel sauce.
7
Finally, place the assembled dessert in the freezer to solidify for 1 to 2 hours.
