- 4 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- crushed ice
- 1 tablespoon milk, divided

Heat water in a compact cooking vessel until it reaches its boiling point. Take the saucepan off the heat source and introduce black tea; allow it to infuse for approximately 10 minutes or until you achieve your preferred level of bitterness.

Separate the tea from its leaves by passing it through a fine mesh or strainer into another container, discarding the used tea leaves in the process. Add sugar and evaporated milk; blend until the sugar is fully incorporated.

Fill two glasses with crushed ice. Pour the tea over the ice and finish each glass off by topping it with 1 1/2 teaspoons of milk.
