  • 3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1 cube chicken bouillon
  • 1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce

First, heat your oven to the temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).

To begin preparing the dish, fill a large container with water and add a moderate amount of salt to it. Bring this mixture to the boiling point, then cook lasagna noodles in it, stirring occasionally, until they are tender yet still slightly resistant to biting, which should take around 8 minutes.

While the noodles are cooking, prepare the chicken by placing it in a saucepan with enough water to cover its surface; bring this mixture to the boiling point. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink and its juices flow freely, taking approximately 20 minutes to achieve this.

Remove the chicken from the saucepan and shred it into smaller pieces.

Mix the shredded chicken with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a large bowl. Dissolve hot water and bouillon cubes in a liquid measuring cup, then pour this mixture over the chicken mixture and stir until everything is well combined.

Next, spread 1/3 of the spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Cover this with 1/2 of the chicken mixture, followed by 3 lasagna noodles; repeat this process.
