- 1 1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into strips
- 6 (6 inch) pita bread rounds
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped

To prepare the tzatziki sauce, combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic, oil, dill, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a blender. Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency, then cover it and refrigerate it until required.

To prepare the chicken, whisk together garlic, lemon juice, oil, oregano, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large glass or ceramic container. Add the chicken and mix until it is evenly coated with the marinade. Cover the container with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven's broiler and position the oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil to make it easier to clean up.
