Chicken Alfredo Ravioli Bake
Ingredients
  • 1 (25 ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar prepared Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Begin by preheating your oven to the required temperature of 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Next, take a moment to grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with some cooking spray.

Subsequently, fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil; once boiling, add the ravioli and cook until they float to the surface and the filling is hot, taking around 6 to 8 minutes. Remove them from the water.

Following that, melt some butter in a skillet over medium heat and add the chicken to it. Sprinkle some Italian seasoning over the top of the chicken, then cook and stir until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the middle, approximately 15 minutes.

Now, spread a layer of Alfredo sauce into the bottom of your prepared baking dish. Add an adequate amount of ravioli on top of the sauce, covering the entire bottom surface completely. Next, add half of the cooked chicken on top of the ravioli.

Following that, sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese over the chicken; season with salt and pepper to taste. Continue layering the ingredients in this manner until all of them have been used up.

Finally, place the dish in your preheated oven and bake until heated through completely and the mozzarella cheese is melted, taking around 25 minutes. Sprinkle some Parmesan evenly over the top of the dish; return it to the oven for an additional 5 minutes before serving.
