  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Begin by gathering the crab meat and discarding any leftover shell fragments, placing them in a substantial container.

Next, take the bread and tear it into tiny bits before combining it with the crab meat. Add a beaten egg, a generous amount of Old Bay seasoning, mayonnaise, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to the bowl. Mix everything together using your hands in order to prevent over-mixing, aiming to preserve the lumps of crab meat as much as possible. Shape into 6 patties.
