Preheat your oven to a hot temperature by setting the thermostat to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Next, take a muffin tin and give it a generous coating of butter to prevent sticking. Then, spray the tin with cooking spray for added non-stick properties.

In a small bowl, combine eggs, milk, flour, salt, and cayenne pepper in a smooth mixture. This will create a uniform batter that's easy to pour into the muffin tin.
