Next, take a moment to prepare your baking dish by lightly coating it with a non-stick cooking spray or butter. This will ensure that your dish is easy to remove once it's baked.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, flour, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Use a food processor to blend these ingredients together until they form a smooth consistency.
