- 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 cup chopped yellow onion
- 1 cup milk
- 1 pinch seasoned salt, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 cup crushed cheese-flavored crackers (such as Cheez-It®), divided

Combine diced potatoes, shredded Cheddar cheese, canned condensed soup, a dollop of sour cream, finely chopped onion, milk, and a pinch of seasoned salt in a slow cooker.

Place the mixture in the slow cooker and sprinkle minced garlic on top

. Add 1/2 cup of crushed cheese-flavored crackers to the mixture

. Cook on Low for approximately 2 hours, stirring occasionally until the potatoes are tender.
