- 2 zucchini, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 large fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine zucchini, celery, onion, and mushrooms in a suitable container for microwave cooking. Cover the container with a layer of transparent plastic wrap.

Heat the vegetables in the microwave on the highest setting until they are cooked through and slightly soft, approximately 5 to 6 minutes.

Remove the plastic wrap from the container, mix the vegetables thoroughly, and sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over them. Seal the container tightly to trap the heat.
