- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Firstly, preheat your oven to a temperature of 375 degrees Fahrenheit (or 190 degrees Celsius).

Next, fill a large pot with water and add a pinch of salt; bring the mixture to a rolling boil. Then, introduce penne pasta into the pot and cook it with occasional stirring until it reaches a tender yet slightly firm texture, taking approximately 11 minutes to achieve.

Subsequently, drain the cooked pasta.

Subsequent to that, heat a generous amount of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the onion until it becomes tender, taking around 5 to 7 minutes.

Now, combine cooked penne pasta, sautéed onion, chicken, diced tomatoes, spinach, and cream cheese in a baking dish until the cream cheese is fully melted and coats all the ingredients.
