- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 4 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green chile peppers (such as RO*TEL®)
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning

Combine processed cheese and milk in a slow cooker.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, then sear beef until it becomes crumbly and evenly browned on all sides. Remove any remaining fat from the skillet.

Combine diced tomatoes with taco seasoning in the skillet, stirring to bring the mixture to a rolling boil.

Transfer the seasoned beef mixture to the slow cooker. Mix it with milk and processed cheese, stirring until well combined.
