Cheesy Beef Dip
Ingredients
  • 1 (1 pound) loaf processed cheese (such as Velveeta®), cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 4 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green chile peppers (such as RO*TEL®)
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning
Instructions
1
Combine processed cheese and milk in a slow cooker.
2
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, then sear beef until it becomes crumbly and evenly browned on all sides. Remove any remaining fat from the skillet.
3
Combine diced tomatoes with taco seasoning in the skillet, stirring to bring the mixture to a rolling boil.
4
Transfer the seasoned beef mixture to the slow cooker. Mix it with milk and processed cheese, stirring until well combined.
5
Cook on High for approximately 1 hour, or until the cheese is fully melted and the dish is heated through.
