- 1 (20 ounce) package refrigerated tortellini
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup pesto
- toothpicks

Fill a large pot with water that has been lightly seasoned with salt, then place it on the stovetop and bring to a vigorous boil. Next, add the tortellini to the pot and return it to the boiling point. Continue to cook the tortellini uncovered, occasionally stirring the water with a spoon, until they rise to the surface and float, which should take around 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat and drain off the hot water.

Transfer the cooked tortellini to a large bowl and combine them with cherry tomatoes and pesto sauce. Mix everything together until the tortellini are evenly coated in the flavorful sauce.

To add a decorative touch, thread one tortellini and one cherry tomato onto each toothpick. Arrange the skewered food items on a tray, making sure to keep it refrigerated until you're ready to serve.
