- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ketchup

Preheat your oven to a high temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit (or 175 degrees Celsius, if you prefer metric). Cover a baking sheet with a layer of aluminum foil to make cleanup easier.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, 1/2 cup of ketchup, 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, an egg, and a pinch of garlic powder. Mix the ingredients together until they form a cohesive mixture.

Use your hands to shape the mixture into small, 1-inch balls. Place these mini-balls gently onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the mini-burgers in your preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove them from the oven and spread any remaining ketchup evenly over the top of each burger.

Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese over the ketchup, then return the burgers to the oven for an additional 5 minutes. The cheese should melt and bubble by the time they come out of the oven.
