Ingredients
- 1 pound thick sliced bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 4 (12 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced

Preheat a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the bacon to the skillet and cook until it is uniformly browned, breaking up any clumps as needed.

Transfer the cooked bacon to a plate and reserve for later use.

Prepare a microwave-safe plate by placing a single tortilla on it.

Sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese evenly over the center of the tortilla, making sure to cover the entire surface.

Heat the tortilla in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

As soon as the tortilla comes out of the microwave, immediately place 1/4 of the cooked bacon on top, followed by a handful of lettuce and a slice or two of tomato.

Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly into a compact cylinder.

Repeat this process with the remaining ingredients to create multiple wraps.
