Cheese Filled Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
  • 10 eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
Instructions
1
Submerge eggs into a substantial container and envelop them with lukewarm water. Initiate boiling and cook, periodically stirring, for 10 minutes. Utilize tongs to transfer eggs to a container filled with ice-cold water. Remove the outer shell.
2
Divide each egg into two portions, cutting through the center. Trim a small amount from the base of each half to prevent them from toppling over. Collect the egg yolks in a separate mixing vessel. Introduce mayonnaise, mustard, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper into the bowl with the egg yolks. Combine until smooth, taking approximately 1 or 2 minutes.
3
Fill each half of the egg white with the yolk mixture. Embellish by placing a small amount of ketchup on top. Chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes prior to serving.
