Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 dash salt
- 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
Instructions
1
Preheat your oven to a scorching hot temperature of 450 degrees Fahrenheit (230 degrees Celsius).
2
Take the cauliflower and subject it to a thorough pulverization in either a food processor or blender, until it breaks down into tiny grains resembling cooked rice. Then, spread the cauliflower out evenly on a baking sheet.
3
Roast the cauliflower in the preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes, or until it becomes tender and soft.
4
Transfer the softened cauliflower to a large mixing container; then, incorporate almond flour, eggs, dried oregano, thyme, and rosemary into the mixture. Mix everything together thoroughly until you achieve a cohesive dough that forms a ball when pinched.
5
Cover your pizza pan with a light dusting of flour; then, use a spatula to spread the dough evenly across the pan and shape it into the desired pizza crust.
6
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for around 20 minutes, or until it reaches a golden brown color and the edges are crispy and well-done.
