  • 1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/8 teaspoon shredded mild Cheddar cheese
  • 4 peeled, cooked shrimp

Collect and prepare all necessary ingredients before commencing the recipe. Preheat your oven to a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit (or 175 degrees Celsius, if preferred). Spray the interior surfaces of two muffin tin cups with a non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.

In a separate container, blend together the tuna, flour, egg white, and Cheddar cheese until well combined. Divide the mixture evenly among the prepared muffin cups.

Place the filled muffin cups in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tin for a period of five minutes.

Once cooled, carefully invert the muffin cups onto a wire rack to continue cooling completely.
