- 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano

Next, spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray to ensure easy removal of the baked goods.

In a large mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini and chopped carrot. Use a paper towel to gently remove excess moisture from the vegetables.

Mix together bread crumbs, crumbled feta cheese, chopped fresh basil, a beaten egg, salt, and pepper in the bowl with the zucchini-carrot mixture. Combine well.
