Introduce the potatoes, salt, and curry powder into the pot, then add an adequate amount of water to cover the chicken partially. Cover the pot and let it simmer until the ingredients are tender, ranging from 30 to 40 minutes. Add a dash of hot pepper sauce according to your preference.
