Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons raisins

Combine water, cornmeal, whole milk, coconut milk, white sugar, vanilla extract, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a blender; blend until the mixture is well combined and smooth

Transfer the blended mixture to a saucepan and place it over medium heat; stir constantly with a whisk until the mixture comes to a boil, about 5 minutes

Continue cooking the mixture over low heat as it begins to thicken, stirring occasionally until you achieve your desired consistency, about 5 minutes

Add the raisins to the saucepan and stir gently to distribute them evenly throughout the mixture

Cover the saucepan with a lid and let it cool down to room temperature before serving, allowing the flavors to meld together for about 5 minutes
