Cajun Meatball Bites
Ingredients
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
  • 1/2 cup peach preserves
Instructions
1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius.
2
Next, lightly coat a medium-sized baking sheet with cooking spray to prevent the meatballs from sticking.
3
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl, including ground beef, hot pepper sauce, Cajun seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, chopped parsley, diced onion, bread crumbs, milk, and egg. Make sure everything is well incorporated.
4
Use your hands to shape the mixture into small, round meatballs, approximately the size of a golf ball. Place these meatballs onto the prepared baking sheet.
5
Bake the meatballs in your preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until they are cooked through and there is no pink color remaining in the center.
6
In a separate, small bowl, combine barbeque sauce and peach preserves.
7
Once the meatballs are done cooking, transfer them to a serving dish and pour the barbeque sauce mixture over the top. Use your hands or a spoon to gently toss and coat the meatballs evenly.
