  • 2 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Preheat your oven to a medium-high temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).

Next, take a 9x13-inch baking dish and apply a thin layer of grease to it.

To begin preparing the ingredients, combine rice flour, sugar, and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Set this mixture aside for later use.

In a separate mixing bowl, beat eggs until they become smooth. Add coconut extract and vanilla to the eggs, and mix until well combined. Whisk in milk, coconut milk, and melted butter until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
