Burrito-Style Sloppy Joes
Ingredients
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can Sloppy Joe sauce
  • 1 (30 ounce) can refried beans
  • 6 (10 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced black olives, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 medium red onion, diced
Instructions
1
Preheat a large skillet over an elevated heat setting, which is medium-high. Cook and constantly mix ground beef in the hot skillet until it reaches a dark brown color, breaking down into small pieces, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove excess fat from the skillet using a paper towel.
2
Lower the heat level to medium and blend Sloppy Joe sauce into the mixture, followed by refried beans until they are fully incorporated. Continue to cook until the entire mixture is heated through, 5 to 7 minutes.
3
Simultaneously, warm tortillas over a lower heat setting on a flat skillet.
4
Stuff tortillas with the meat mixture and decorate as desired with Cheddar cheese, black olives, sour cream, and diced onion.
