Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds cauliflower, broken into florets
- 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 teaspoon olive oil

Heat up the outdoor grill to a medium-high temperature.

Mix together cauliflower, Buffalo sauce, ranch mix, and oil in a large bowl until well combined.

Take an extra-large sheet of aluminum foil and fold it in half to create a double-layered sheet; place the cauliflower mixture in the center of the foil. Fold two opposite edges over the cauliflower, overlapping them slightly, and then fold in the remaining two edges to form a pouch. Leave some space at the top of the pouch for steam to escape.

Cook the cauliflower packet on the preheated grill for 15 minutes, or until it's tender.
