Breakfast Pizza with Eggs Benedict
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 12 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 (.9 ounce) package hollandaise sauce mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 cups diced cooked ham
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Instructions
1
Heat your oven to its highest temperature setting, which is 400 degrees Fahrenheit or 200 degrees Celsius.
2
Melt butter in a skillet that's designed to prevent sticking, over a medium heat level. Add beaten eggs to the skillet and cook in the hot butter until you reach your preferred level of doneness, stirring constantly throughout the process.
3
Take the skillet off the heat source.
4
Unroll a package of crescent dough and arrange your desired number of rolls on an uncoated 12-inch pizza pan, with the dough's points facing towards its center. Press together any seams and press upwards on the sides of the pan to form a crust.
5
Prepare Hollandaise sauce according to the package's instructions, using 2/3 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of butter. Pour the sauce evenly over your crescent roll crust, making sure to cover it completely.
6
Spread scrambled eggs evenly over the sauce, followed by a layer of diced ham. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
7
Place your pizza in the preheated oven and bake until the bottom of the crust is lightly browned, taking around 30 minutes to achieve this result.
