  • 2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried mixed fruit

Insert all the ingredients except for the mixed fruit into your bread machine's pan in the recommended order specified by the manufacturer. Choose the Sweet or Basic/White bread cycle and opt for a Medium or Light crust color. Since your machine doesn't have a delay feature, proceed with the cycle as instructed. Approximately 5 to 10 minutes before the final kneading phase concludes, add the mixed fruit or wait for the signal indicating the end of the raisin or nut addition.
