Ingredients
- 4 cups milk
- 2 cups white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 1/2 tablespoons softened butter
- 1 1/2 cups grated coconut
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt

Preheat your oven to a medium-high temperature of three hundred degrees Fahrenheit.

Next, take some cooking spray and cover the inside of a nine-inch round cake pan to prevent any food residue from sticking.

In a large mixing container, combine the following ingredients: milk, granulated sugar, eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, and softened butter. Use a powerful blender to mix everything together until it's perfectly smooth and there are no lumps, which should take around five minutes.

Add the shredded coconut, cornmeal, and all-purpose flour to the blender and continue mixing until you get a smooth, creamy consistency.

Add one teaspoon of baking powder to the blender and mix until it's fully incorporated into the mixture.

Then, add a pinch of salt to the blender and mix until it's evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Pour the entire mixture into the prepared cake pan and slide it into the oven you preheated earlier.

Bake the cake in the oven for about thirty minutes, or until the top is a golden brown color and the edges are pulled away from the sides of the pan.
