  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 celery ribs, chopped
  • 3/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 bay leaves

Completely immerse pig's feet in cold water and transfer them to a large vessel or Dutch oven. Next, add sliced onion, chopped celery, vinegar, red pepper flakes, seasoned salt, minced garlic, black pepper, and bay leaves into the pot. Finally, pour in enough water to completely submerge the pig's feet.

Heat the mixture until it reaches a rolling boil, then gradually decrease the heat to a low simmer and cook for approximately 2 hours or until the pork is tender and easily falls apart.
