Ingredients
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup blanched slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodle pasta, crushed
- 1 medium head bok choy
- 3 green onions
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, oil, sugar and soy sauce.

Set it aside for later use.

Heat a small skillet over medium heat and melt the margarine.

Crush the ramen noodles in their original packaging, then add them to the skillet along with the almonds and sesame seeds.

Saute everything until it reaches a golden brown color.

Remove from heat and let excess liquid drip off onto a paper towel.

Chop the bok choy into small pieces and add them to a large bowl.

Just before serving, sprinkle the noodle mixture on top of the bok choy and green onions.

Add a drizzle of the dressing to the bowl, then toss everything together until well coated.
