Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles including flavor packet (such as Top RamenĀ®)
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 3 ounces slivered almonds
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 large heads bok choy, chopped
- 6 green onions, chopped

Combine canola oil, sugar, red wine vinegar, and 2 tablespoons soy sauce in a bowl to create the initial marinade.

Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat; add sugar and stir until it's fully incorporated.

Add crumbled ramen noodles to the saucepan with butter, sugar mixture and stir until well combined.

Add the contents of the ramen seasoning packet, sesame seeds, almonds, and 2 tablespoons soy sauce to the noodle mixture; cook over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid any burning.

Remove the saucepan from heat.

Combine the oil and vinegar mixture, ramen noodle mixture, bok choy, and green onions in a large bowl; toss everything together.
