Gradually heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent the cheese from becoming stringy. Be cautious not to apply excessive heat, as this can cause the cheese to separate. Gradually incorporate the blue cheese dressing and milk into the pasta, continuing to heat and stir until the entire mixture is well-coated. Finally, season with a pinch of paprika, salt, and pepper to complete the dish.
