- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 tilapia fillets

Combine paprika, mango garlic seasoning, cayenne pepper, dried basil, dried thyme, minced garlic, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl to create the seasoning blend.

Preheat an electric skillet over medium heat and allow it to reach 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Next, take the fillets and give them a light coating of olive oil on both sides.
