Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup water
- 1 package brownie mix
- 1 cup chocolate chips, divided

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or equivalently, 175 degrees Celsius.

Next, lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with oil or cooking spray to prevent the brownies from sticking.

In a blender, combine black beans and water, blending them until they form a smooth paste.

Then, add the brownie mix to the black bean mixture and blend until it is well combined.

Fold in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips into the mixture.

Pour the batter into your prepared baking dish.

Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chips evenly over the top of the batter.

Bake in your preheated oven for 25 to 27 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from the side of the pan comes out clean.

Once done, allow the brownies to cool completely on a wire rack before cutting them into squares.
