- 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh ginger, or to taste
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or more to taste
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste

Crush cauliflower florets into smaller bits using a blender or food processor until they resemble cooked rice in size.

Melt butter in a large skillet over an elevated heat setting; combine the cauliflower fragments, minced garlic, ground cumin, dried coriander, garam masala spice blend, turmeric powder, grated ginger, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir occasionally as the mixture cooks until the cauliflower is tender, approximately 10 minutes.
