Beef in Chile Rojo Sauce
Ingredients
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 10 fresh chile de arbol peppers, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 2 pounds beef chuck roast, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cube tomato-flavored bouillon
Instructions
1
Heat the tomatoes and peppers in a compact cooking vessel, or in short intervals using the microwave until they become tender. Combine them with the minced garlic in a food processor bowl and blend until a uniform consistency is achieved.
2
In the meantime, warm the vegetable oil in a substantial cooking container over an intermediate heat level. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the beef to suit your taste preferences, then sauté it in the container until its color changes from red to brown.
3
After cooking, add the blended tomato mixture into the skillet and introduce a cube of bouillon seasoning. Stir until it fully dissolves, then continue cooking for 3 minutes
